Teacher on Special Assignment

As a San Francisco public school educator, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students alongside supportive and talented colleagues. You will be an integral part of the district’s effort to ensure that every student who enrolls in our schools will graduate ready for college, career, and life.

Under the supervision of a Department of Technology Program Administrator, Teachers on Special Assignment (ToSA) in the Department of Technology support digital learning integration for district-wide cross-functional priorities that include but are not limited to the Graduate Profile in Action, Middle Grades Redesign, Personalized Learning, and Project-Based Learning.

Minimum qualifications:

*Clear California Teaching Credential with willingness to obtain a Computer Concepts & Applications authorization or an authorization in Math, Industrial Technology Education, or Business, with CLAD required. *Five years of teaching experience required.
