The Support and Success Specialist is Kiddom’s backbone. You will be the driving force in helping our teachers maximize their experience on Kiddom. In this role, you will work directly with schools, teachers, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, optimization, and ongoing success. You will report directly to the Success Lead. The individual selected for this role will have a passion for education, the ability to empathize with teachers, a commitment to Kiddom’s mission and vision. Support and Success Specialists must know the Kiddom platform inside and out. Before applying, make a free account to be well prepared for the interview.

-Lead customer support and success by handling incoming support chats and emails

-Route inquiries to appropriate members of the Kiddom team for response

-Summarize common issues experienced by teachers in a weekly report

-Develop a best practice “playbook” for frequently asked questions

-Coordinate with engineers to investigate known and reported issues

-Document teachers’ requests for new feature development and integrations

-Responsibilities will evolve with your ability to contribute to the team.
