Success Management Team Project Manager

Lexia Learning - Remote - Full time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meets weekly with the VP of Customer Success to provide updates and strategize on agendas for upcoming Success Management domain team meetings
  • Facilitate and lead a weekly meeting with the Success Management domain/national leaders to provide a space for alignment on practices and share updates on projects
  • Project manage all projects related to the Success Management team
  • Assist in creating a task/project overview process to help define the purpose, identify appropriate team members, collect deliverables, and set timelines
  • Keep our log of team member backgrounds, strengths, and current and past projects up-to-date
  • Assist in keeping documentation (RACI, Google Docs, and Outcomes) from tasks and projects centralized/organized to allow for easy updates and yearly improvements
  • Follow up with each team lead to gather updates and inform the domain leaders on the progress of those projects
  • Support the domain leaders with their recurring meetings including agenda creation, scheduling, note taking and follow up (identify themes/findings from meetings, propose recommendations to leader, follow-up communications/next steps with team)
  • Collaborate closely with others in the operations team to highlight and advocate the needs of the Success Management team
  • Be the point person for receiving requests from other departments, adding them to the appropriate agenda, and then coordinating the next steps

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience experience in operations project management supporting a Customer Success department (preferably at a SaaS company).
  • Experience managing software and/or web-based projects throughout the development lifecycle and an aptitude for understanding technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project plans such as gathering requirements, meeting deadlines, documenting processes and proactively raising blockers or risks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience using issue tracking tools to manage and schedule development tasks.
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Candidate must embody flexibility, adaptability, and embrace change and ambiguity.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships.
