Position Overview

We are searching for an exceptional Strategy and Business Development Manager to drive next gen awareness, adoption, and affinity for Autodesk. Reporting to the Director of Business Strategy & Operations, you will work with business stakeholders to provide visibility into education user behaviors and trends and understand the impact of marketing, sales, learning programs.

Responsibilities

  • Size and segment global market and determine which segments we should pursue and the offerings we should deliver
  • Be the thought leader internally and externally for Autodesk’s perspective in the youth / K-12 markets
  • Analyze competitive activity and dynamics; define go-to-market and partner strategy to scale our reach and impact
  • Lead strategic planning process; ensure alignment of field engagement, marketing, learning, and product with business objectives
  • Define success metrics that align with business strategy
  • Provide data insights to understand business performance and program impact
  • Provide customer validation of product features and roadmap
  • Define new business models (pricing, licensing, support) and forecast business performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with youths, education or education technology
  • 3+ years management consulting, product management, business development, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • A real passion for inspiring and empowering tomorrow's technology leaders
  • Successfully led strategy projects from assessment through implementation
  • Implemented meaningful organization change and measurable impact
  • Managed high-performance teams to meet challenging goals & objectives
  • M.B.A. or M.Ed.
  • Experience with Autodesk or related products
  • Willingness to travel, up to 20%
