You always confirm mutual understanding of project priorities to ensure alignment on next steps. You raise a flag early and often ahead of project obstacles, proactively inviting collaboration and group troubleshooting to ensure project success. You are a clear and direct communicator, effectively manage up and out and down.
  • Collaboration: You are an approachable team member, able to build a strong rapport and trust with clients. You understand the value of strong team and client relationships. You are a contributor who values co-creating ideas, brainstorming, and collective troubleshooting with our team and clients. You value the ideas of others and the range of experiences and backgrounds that we all bring to the team and to our work. You proactively support collaboration with the client throughout the process.
  • Presentation & Speaking:You are a persuasive presenter able to articulate complex topics with clarity and a point of view. You possess clarity and confidence in expressing ideas and takeaways, and are adept at responding to client questions with grace. You are an inspiring facilitator, able to actively listen, probe, and expand upon themes of discussion to gather consensus and advance dialogue with stakeholders.

You deliver your work on time, in accordance with project deadlines and take pride in the quality of your work. You always follow through on your commitments.
