Ronco is seeking a talented Strategic Account Manager in our Syracuse, New York territory that will create and execute solution sales for Commercial Audio & Video markets. You will be responsible for exceeding sales revenue goals, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships, and expanding our customer base, all while forging your own path. 

What You Will Do:

  • Present A/V technology solutions to customers in professional environments
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Conduct a walk-through and develop the scope of work documents based on potential installation projects
  • Develop relationships and new customers through networking and opportunity recognition
  • Respond to bids and RFP’s
  • Understand and successfully interpret specifications
  • Estimate architectural drawings and relay accurate counts and SOW to internal engineering & operational teams
  • Demonstrate various technology solutions to customers
  • Keep accurate pipelines via Customer Relationship Management software
  • Develop and maintain strong product and industry knowledge
  • Ability to recognize local industry trends
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with manufacturer representatives

Requirements for Success:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional-level experience working within the Audio & Video Industry
  • CTS-AVIXA certifications are highly preferred
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Customer Service and team-oriented
  • Maintain a clean driving record
