As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager. Specifically, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will take a proactive leadership role in supporting Frontline’s Human Capital Management suite to drive key business outcomes, including bookings, revenue, net retention, and pipeline.

Our ideal candidate will have: product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS software with knowledge of human capital management. K12 experience is a plus.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the Product Management team to align on product strategy for the Human Capital Management suite, which includes the following solutions, Absence & Time, Recruiting & Hiring, Professional Growth, and HRMS.
  • In support of the go-to-market strategy, develop and drive the integrated marketing plan, comprised of demand generation, thought-leadership, and sales and CS enablement, to achieve our goals.
  • Partner with the Sales and CS teams to develop, execute, and refine the integrated marketing plan.
  • Create solution positioning and messaging to support content creation for demand gen campaigns, thought-leadership, and sales and CS enablement, including whitepapers, flyers, sales presentations, videos, case studies, testimonials and more.
  • Develop and deliver training around sales enablement tools to instill confidence in our sales force and ensure they can effectively use the tools to be successful throughout the sales process.
  • Support the Client Success team with enablement to drive user adoption, customer expansion, and retention.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your buyer personas, solution, market and competition through contact with clients & prospects, following industry publications, attending tradeshows and regular communication with internal client facing teams.
  • Learn solution features, functionality and differentiators with a keen understanding of how it makes a positive impact on school districts by working collaboratively with product management, sales, other internal groups as well as direct contact with clients.
  • Become the go-to source for information related to competitive positioning and industry trends within your solution by creating resources such as battle cards.
  • Exercise agility within a rapidly changing and growing organization and customer base.

Other responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Extensive collaboration with marketing for the creation of relevant content, engaging events and strong pipeline generation consistent with solution messaging.
  • Build strong relationships and communication channels with national sales teams to ensure a solid understanding of the solution, competitive market and educational technology trends.
  • Engage with internal departments to represent the needs of buyer personas, solution knowledge, product strategy execution and delivery (including product management, marketing, sales and finance).

Our ideal candidate will have: K12 product marketing experience with knowledge of special education and/or Medicaid billing.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the Product Management team to align on product strategy for the Student Management suite, which includes the following solutions, SIS, Special Education and other Special Programs, Medicaid & Service Management, and School Health Management.
  • In support of the go-to-market strategy, develop and drive the integrated marketing plan, comprised of demand generation, thought-leadership, and sales and CS enablement, to achieve our goals.
  • Partner with the Sales and CS teams to develop, execute, and refine the integrated marketing plan.
