Apple's Worldwide Education Strategy team is looking for a passionate education strategist who loves education technology and believes in the impact of Apple products which unleash the unique brilliance in every learner so they can enrich their lives and the world.

This Senior Manager will be a highly cross-functional strategist who has the key responsibility to create and develop the worldwide teacher training critical initiative including monitoring and support of its implementation.

You will be responsible for building this pivotal initiative for scale across various routes to market and countries. Success will require close cross-pollination with Education Marketing, Product Marketing, PR, Social Initiatives, Retail and Sales to prioritize product, program, content, and messaging emphasis.

Your passion and strong expertise for building scalable teacher training programs reflects the impact that Apple products have for teachers, students and education institutions around the world. And the ideal Senior Manager will combine out-of-the-box ideation and creativity, analytical and critical thinking with a “roll-up-your sleeves” attitude to deliver innovation and excellence for the overall WW Education Strategy alongside the broader team.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in education development for K12.
  • Highly skilled in leading diverse educations teams.
  • Strong global education system and technology experience.
  • Strong expertise in scale of professional development and complex accreditations.
  • Consistent track record in prioritizing and leading multiple projects, meeting aggressive deadlines, and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Phenomenal collaboration skills to bring together teams with varied strengths and functions.
  • Your approachable personality inspires interaction and consensus building across teams.
  • You are an open-minded, skillful listener and active participant.
  • A creative, passionate and highly motivated individual.
  • Unrelenting attention to detail across any deliverable.
  • Experience in social and/or community building.
  • Present confidently to senior management, external clients, and other large audiences.

Description:

  • Develop a strategic, holistic scalable and global training framework demonstrating and incorporating existing and new programs.
  • Monitor and engage in tactical execution of strategic training framework including training curriculum development, learning platform, scale, online community groups, branding, assessment, accreditation, operations, product and marketing.
  • Tracking the effectiveness and impact of training during a customers life cycle.
  • Evangelize the teacher training initiatives to global audiences, including accessibility and inclusion of educators from a diverse set of backgrounds and geographies.
  • Support strategic partnerships such as colleges for accreditation and credits.Co-design WW Education Strategy.
  • Support deck developments for various speaking engagements and development of marketing assets for the training program.
  • Interact and cross-pollinate with team members and senior leaders in Education Marketing, Product Marketing, PR, Marcom, Social Initiatives, Retail and Sales to gain alignment and consensus on implementation and program priorities, key assets and deliverables.

Education & Experience:

MA degree or higher in Education or relevant equivalent required.
