About the Role:
DreamBox is hiring a strategic, results driven Senior Director of Growth with a record of success. You must love data, technology, and people. The Senior Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy encompassing both customer acquisition and retention marketing.
In this role you will be directly responsible for lead, pipeline, and revenue generation resulting in new, renewal, expansion, and cross sell business. You will work closely with GTM leaders to create and execute a growth strategy that not only improves the prospect/customer experience but results in measurable and profitable growth for DreamBox across these revenue segments. You will be responsible for setting targets, owning the Marketing forecast model and accountable to performance vs goal.
You must have a track record of leading high performing teams that meet or exceed targets. You will lead a team across varied marketing functions, overseeing Marketing Operations, Event Strategy & Execution, Regional & ABM, Integrated Marketing & Paid Media. You will own strategy through execution of all marketing campaigns, including all growth analytics in partnership with Marketing operations. These data insights will be shared across teams to improve outcomes.
You will build a culture of experimentation and ROI analysis across all functions on the growth team, designing and implementing best practices for testing frameworks. You will help build and drive efficiency and effectiveness of the customer funnel by creating a test plan for all channels. You will drive top-line results to hit weekly, quarterly, and annual growth targets. You will optimize existing channels and allocate budget to maximize ROI.
This role must strategize and work collaboratively with leaders across the GTM organization including product, sales, customer success, and professional services so that all levers are being utilized to drive growth.

Compensation and Benefits:
Expected base salary range for this position is $133,220 – $195,360 USD annually based on several factors, including experience and geography. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus or sales commission bonus, depending on the role, and benefits that are designed to support you & your family. If you are hired at DreamBox Learning, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on considerations such as geographic location, skills, responsibilities of the role, education, and/or relevant experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the compensation of our current team members as a part of evaluating and extending any final offer.
