Sr. Customer Success Manager

NoRedInk - Remote - Full time

Remote (Southeastern U.S. region)

We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to structure and deliver success for a portion of our school and district customers, helping them set goals, maximize usage, and achieve desired outcomes for their students and teachers. You will be responsible for onboarding, renewing, and expanding customer accounts.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a territory of district-level NoRedInk Premium customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with district and school stakeholders
  • Renew your district accounts and expand to other grade levels to achieve a team quota
  • Set usage and success metrics that demonstrate student literacy growth in collaboration with our customers and aligned with their district strategic plans
  • Monitor success metrics and provide monthly updates on key implementation and literacy milestones
  • Leverage successful implementations as case studies and models for deploying best practices for our customers
  • Partner with the Sales team for expansion and new business opportunities
  • Use Salesforce software to track renewal and expansion opportunities and activities

About You:

  • You have 5+ years as a district administrator, preferably focused on literacy
  • You have led a district initiative that resulted in increased student learning
  • You have managed the implementation of a Edtech tool
  • You have managed a budget of $100K (could be a combination of operating and title funds) You have a track record of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders that have resulted in measurable student success
  • You're excited to travel approximately 30 days per year (for customer visits and team/industry events)
  • You have strong written and oral communications skills
  • You have familiarity with business tools such as Salesforce and Google Sheets
  • You’re organized, creative, and tenacious in making a difference for our customers

Compensation at NoRedInk is robust and includes a full range of benefits, unlimited PTO, monthly co-working stipends, an initial home-office set up stipend, and generous equity. Our salary ranges are based on factors such as expectations as laid out in the job description, location-specific market data, internal parity, and the experience and skills of individual candidates. Therefore, the compensation range is $90,000K - $115,000K and accounts for a variety of locations and skills/experience. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in the company's performance-based variable compensation plan.
