Sr. Client Experience Manager

DreamBox Learning - Multiple Locations or Remote - Full time

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide proactive support services during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing use of DreamBox Learning to ensure clients are hitting their desired goals
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations
  • Build deep c-suite relationships with district partners
  • Provide expertise to a diverse portfolio of clients, schools and school districts
  • Collaborate with sales reps to uncover reference and expansion selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify champions for referral programs, case studies, and public speaking opportunities
  • Maintain a rapport with assigned customer accounts to identify and address issues, concerns and additional revenue opportunities
  • Proactively communicates with customers to ensure progress and ensure renewal of accounts
  • Analyzes customer usage and success, utilizing data, and reports
  • Continually capture and monitor client business / education drivers to ensure the optimal experience
  • Emphasis on client health, retention, and profitability
  • Close low-medium volume of renewal transactions

About You:

  • 4+ years of client success or account management experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Background in K-12 industry strongly preferred • Experience with task or project management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support customer interactions
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Organized, focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy interacting with and being around people of diverse backgrounds in a variety of settings
  • Mature, poised and highly energetic self-starter.
  • Proven customer service skills enhanced by sound decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
