THEOPPORTUNITY

We areseeking a full-time, Spanish-Fluent OperationsAssociate to manageand executeon the logistical and operational details for ANet’sSpanish mathand Spanish literacy assessments.This person will collaborate closely with Assessment Operations andcontent teams to build quality assessments for ANet’s schoolpartners. They willalso ensure that school partners and ANet coaches are able to access andutilize our instructional resources and itembanks.This rolewill report to the Director of Assessment Operations. The idealcandidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated byhaving an impact on ensuring educational equity for allstudents.

WHATYOU’LL DO

Support the production of over 100 Spanish math and literacyassessments

Ensuresmooth operations and transitions between stages of assessmentproduction, managing strong communication and hand-offs betweencontent teams, external editors, and vendors.

Engage inproofreading of Spanish assessment materials, providingtransadaption support where needed.

Workwithin ANet’s online platform to ensure the highest qualityand accuracy of our online assessments. Build expertise with ouronline assessment delivery system and oversee externalconsultants’training and review of content materials in theplatform.

Help toensure all students have an equitable experience with ourassessments bysupporting with accommodations,includingreviewing Text to Speech in our online platform.

Conducta finalproofread ofmaterials, and work closely with the Program Support &Operations team to ensure we successfully post allassessments.

Partnerclosely with ANet’s Content Specialists to implement contentedits, stabilize content,anddesignSpanish literacy writing items.

Review, edit, and upload high-quality items to our Paper and OnlineQuiz Tool

Support with building and migrating quiz tool items into our newonline platform.

Manage and prioritize daily tasks through Wrike (project managementsystem).

WHOYOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING

In order tobe successful in this role, candidates must demonstratethe following:

You are fluent in Spanish, with strong reading, writing and editingskills, as well as an understanding of grammar rules.

You sweat the small stuff, pay exceptional attention to detail, andoperate with a solution-oriented approach to work.

You are proactive and motivated, able to work independently, takeinitiative, and seek out opportunities to learn and grow.

You have technical proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets andDocuments and can quickly build expertise innew technology and online tools.

You possess strong communication skills which set you up well tocollaborate effectively and professionally with ANet team membersin a variety of contexts while operating with a customer serviceorientation.

You are highly flexible and collaborative with a desire to work inan entrepreneurial, fast-paced workplace.

You have apassionate commitment to and a sense of urgency for the support ofschools, along with

a belief thatall students can achieve at high levels.

You aremotivated by working in an environment where we live out our corevalues daily. Ideal candidates may also demonstrate the following preferredqualifications:

Youhave at least 2years experience working in fast-paced officeenvironments.
