A-List Education - New York, NY - Full time

The School & Institutional Partnerships (SIP) Coordinator liaises between A-List Education and its clients and is responsible for cultivating, developing, and managing both new and existing relationships. The SIP Coordinator serves as a primary contact for A-List schools, non-profits, and organizations and is responsible for client satisfaction/quality of service, and renewal of services/materials.

The SIP Coordinator works directly with the Director of SIP and the Professional Development (PD) training team. The SIP Coordinator is expected to ensure sales goals are met, retain existing business and influence the sell of each assigned account.

Responsibilities of the SIP Coordinator:

  • Own large district and customer engagements from launch, to ongoing support throughout the year, through the end of the school year
  • Manage client relationship ensuring positive customer experience and encouraging client renewals and referrals
  • Communicate with leads and clients on Live Chat
  • Call existing clients and new clients and talk about A-List’s products and services
  • Train schools how to use A-List’s online platforms
  • Create custom case studies using existing SAT/ACT data to disseminate to schools
  • Manage all onboarding of schools onto A-List SAT/ACT platforms and providing technical assistance
  • Oversee all clients utilizing practice ACT/SAT tests, scoring tests, creating reports
  • Manage the PD team regarding logistics for all local and national/international assignments providing information and support needed to execute PD sessions
  • Work with both new and existing clients to sell resources/services
  • Collect SAT/ACT data and testimonials from clients, sending PD evaluation summaries to clients
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to execute and brainstorm new strategies based on data findings
  • Create sales reports, quotes, and data reports using Salesforce and SurveyMonkey
  • Post social media entries for newsletters, Twitter, blog
  • Own general administration duties, such as taking meeting notes and designating tasks on Asana
  • Analyze data related to implementations to draw out key trends and insights and recommend actions based on findings
  • Attend district or school events and meetings to manage the customer relationship and represent A-List as well as communicate project status, issues, risks and decisions
  • Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products in the school; analyzing and relaying customer reactions
  • Work across departments to identify and share best practices and to develop and implement proven project tracking tools and processes

Desired Qualifications of the Educational Partnerships Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience managing customer accounts
  • Comfort using educational tech platforms
  • Data management and research
  • Teaching, Education, Sales, and/or Marketing experience preferred
  • Proven project and personnel management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite, Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Desk, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey
  • Strong familiarity with U.S. school system and administration, standardized tests (SAT/ACT)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Resourcefulness and independent problem-solving ability
  • Enthusiasm and professionalism within fast-paced company culture
