Senior Teacher Success Representative

What you'll be working on:

  • Answer questions from school and district administrators, including our largest customers, to ensure that they are successful using Seesaw
  • Manage seasonal contractors and ensure team goals are met
  • Strategically identify and address software challenges or bugs encountered by schools, teachers, students and parents
  • Advocate for Seesaw's users by collecting and organizing product feedback to share with engineering and product team

A little about you

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Goal oriented and enjoys diving into the data
  • Deep empathy and patience for teachers, schools, and parents
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving chops and a love for the details
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment
