Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to sell to higher education institutions our research-based coaching solution with strong efficacy results. This person will work along side C-level managers who have the experience to accelerate your sales and marketing career. We are looking for a financially motivated individual who has a strong track record of sales pipeline development, management, and conversion. If you have great relationships in four-yearc olleges, want to make a big difference in a small, growing company doing important work, have fun,and have an opportunity to make great money, we’d love to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with COO to develop, manage, and convert a pipeline of over 300+ higher education institutions leads to active customers.

• Work with the teams to develop the communication protocols for potential customers. This will require taking our strong data around retention efficacy and help make a compelling case to customers. This includes building marketing materials, influencing website development, and social media campaigns.

• Develop a conference strategy and work with marketing to develop a communication and conference plan to drive meetings and continue building relationships.

• Be accountable for a sales goal of roughly 1.5- 3 million in annual revenue.

Secondary/Growth responsibilities:

• Work with Senior leaders to develop a sales and marketing team and strategy to grow the business to 5 million in annual revenue.

• Build a sales and marketing infrastructure to scale along with the company’s growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related fields

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in higher education

• Track record of superior performance metrics in converting leads to customers and growing sales

• Ability to problem-solve and have excellent customer negotiation skills

• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.com or other leading brands

• Have the ability to travel up to 25%-30% of your time

• Strong relationships and contacts with four year colleges

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with creative and positive energy for working with vendors and employees alike

• Strong ability to work independently and with a team while managing multiple tasks
