As a Senior Manager of Relationship Marketing at Committee for Children, you will be responsible for developing overall content-driven client acquisition, expansion, and retention strategies. You will drive day-to-day execution of external-facing demand-generation campaigns that increase brand awareness, interest, and purchase of Second Step® programs, including email, social, digital and print advertising, and live and virtual events.

What you’ll do when you join us:

  • Develop demand-generation strategies that help achieve growth and revenue targets
  • Manage execution and forecasting of an integrated marketing budget for all demand-generation tactics, in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Build external-facing, content-driven lead generation, client expansion, and retention campaigns that increase funnel value for client-facing teams
  • Oversee execution of all key tactics, including email, social, digital and print advertising, and live and virtual events.
  • In partnership with the Director of Marketing, you’ll cross-collaborate with the Director of Education Partnerships and the Director of Client Success and Support to gain alignment on prospect and client engagement actions across the customer lifecycle
  • Work with Product Marketing and Marketing Operations and Analytics to identify priority audience segmentation, messaging, and performance tracking for campaign metrics
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations in version testing and the application of learning to continually improve campaign results
  • Monitor demand-generation trends (leads, account penetration, pipeline, etc.) and report to leadership on findings and recommended actions
  • Work internally to help remove barriers to campaign progress, bringing colleagues together to find a solution when there are competing priorities or roadblocks
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring strategic alignment, high performance towards objectives, and on-time delivery of tactics

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant marketing and management experience
  • Experience in B2B demand-generation campaign development and execution, marketing plan development (including metrics), content strategy creation, and optimization
  • Experience in a SaaS model strongly preferred
  • Experience working with client-facing teams that sell to and support customers
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies and tactics, plus event strategy, planning, and execution
  • Experience in digital and traditional media advertising strategy development, including advertising placement experience
  • Thorough understanding of web marketing best practices
  • Self-motivated with a servant leadership mindset
  • Experience leading and coaching teams, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop people
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to build authentic, trusted cross-functional relationships
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, including budget management
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation systems (Marketo preferred) and CRM (NetSuite preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, Asana, etc.)
  • Familiarity with interpretive analytics (PowerBI, other data reporting)
  • Note: This position is located in Seattle, Washington, and employees are eligible to work remotely in any of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA

The hiring range for this position is $115,000–$165,000 annually. The pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
