The Senior Evaluation Specialist, Strategic Accounts will be a key member of the Customer Research and Evaluation team within the Research and Analytics Department. The ideal candidate is flexible, intuitive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to communicate well with multiple, interdisciplinary parties.

Impact you will have:

In this role, you will be responsible for the management and design of the delivery of proactive and responsive solutions for strategic accounts, including large districts around the country. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Sales, to provide our customers with actionable insights to impact their implementations of Lexia programs.

The role will ideally work from our Concord, MA office.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions that encourage and promote action-oriented insights
  • Manage a portfolio of evaluation projects, specifically for our largest and most strategic customers
  • Conduct needs assessments to make informed decisions about projects and deliverables
  • Conduct customized evaluations and analytics to assist Lexia’s customers with a deeper understanding of the impact of Lexia’s programs on their students’ literacy outcomes
  • Create customized deliverables (such as Tableau Dashboards or written reports) to meet customers’ evaluation needs
  • Work closely with the Sales and Implementation team leads in developing, executing, and monitoring of evaluation activities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to reflect on findings, synthesize lessons learned, and disseminate results in ways that facilitates reflection and learning and are valuable to internal and external audiences.
  • Oversee ongoing team member training, capacity building, and project-related work for analytic projects
  • Represent the Research & Analytics Department in cross-functional working groups related to strategic accounts

  • Are hands-on technical, but also enjoy communicating about statistical methods to non-technical audiences.
  • Have a strong understanding of statistical analysis and educational research and evaluation designs.
  • Enjoy working and adapting in ambiguous environments and handling uncertain situations professionally and reasonably, recognize that ambiguity is inevitable in some processes.
  • Able to work both collaboratively and independently with high quality results on projects with short turnaround times.
  • Thrive in being innovative and flexible in managing solutions and in problem solving.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related field highly preferred
  • 5+ years of research, evaluation or relevant experience
  • Advanced quantitative statistical experience preferred
  • Highly proficient in Excel, SPSS and/or R, and open to learning new statistical tools as required by different projects
  • Deep knowledge of research methodologies in education
  • Experience with building data visualizations using Tableau
  • Strong time management and the ability to work independently
