THE OPPORTUNITY

The School and Systems Services team designs and deliversinstructional leadership coaching alongside school and systemleaders ensuring they get targeted support to meet their needs. TheService Strategy & Operations team is a key enabling function forthis work. As the Senior Associate you will play a critical roleleading operations for the team aligned to ANet's mission and teamgoals. You will support the team's use of data to drive itsstrategy and decision-making, logistics for internal and externalevents, calendar management, supply procurement, and budget andexpense tracking. The ideal candidate has a record of success as anoperations professional, is a quick learner and motivated byworking behind the scenes in support of education equity. TheSenior Associate will report to the Managing Director, ServiceStrategy and work closely with the School & System Serviceleadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Advance the School & System Service Team strategy and drive adata-driven team culture to accelerate the consistency of ourimpact

? Partner with School & System Service Team leadership to assist indeveloping and executing on a strategy that meets the team's short-and long-term resource needs

? Work alongside the Vice President of Service Strategy to ensureimplementation, effective use, and strengthening of data trackingsystems and tools across our core coach team

? Make sure coaches have the access and information they need totrack their work with partners and elevate opportunities tostrengthen these platforms to collect information about our workwith schools and systems

? Regularly monitor, package and present data to support the team inunderstanding progress to annual goals and key areas foradjustment

? Liaise with the Partnership Success Team to ensure quality andaccuracy of Salesforce data, required attendance records andservice documentation

? Support the financial health and viability through collaborationwith leadership on budget development, expense tracking, andmanagement of contracts and payments

? Monitor team calendars to support coordination and communication ofteam meetings, external activities, vacations, and assistleadership to maximize team time toward annual priorities andgoals

Design and steer the internal operations for teamcoordination

? Develop an operations strategy to ensure high quality support atscale

? Work closely with the Vice President, Core Model Service to own andexecute the service team's annual meeting schedule, including teammeetings with coach managers, training and developmentopportunities, and all team experiences

? Operate as the primary support for coaching strategy to ensure thatall coaches and coach managers have the information, resources andtools they need to execute their core work

? Leverage internal communication tools to organize and disseminateessential learning materials and communication

? Coordinate a coherent and effective cross-team communication andalignment strategy alongside the School & System Service operationsteam

? Act as an internal point person on key technology platforms as wellas troubleshoot any technology challenges with support from thecentral Tech Xperience Team

Internalize ANet and School & System Service Team priorities andanticipate team needs through a strong sense of empathy andpersonal accountability

Accelerate partner impact through support of learningevents

? Execute high-impact partner learning events by coordinating projectplans, leading stakeholders towards milestones and deadlines, andproviding remote and/or on the ground support as needed

? Operate as an internal liaison for events, including providing projectmanagement support, coordinating with the coach team and managers,and potential onsite support as needed

Ideal candidates may also demonstrate the following

preferred qualifications:

? You haveprior experience working in an operations or administrative supportrole within the K12 education sector and/or within an educationnonprofit organization

? You haveprior experience planning and executing events in a virtualspace

? You arefluent and comfortable with providing technology support for toolssuch as Zoom, Nearpod, Google Suite, etc.
