Senior Associate Curriculum Designer

eSpark Learning - Multiple Locations - Full time

The Curriculum Design team at eSpark curates the best third party educational content available and rigorously applies data and research to inform our instructional design. The role of a Senior Associate Curriculum Design requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and self-motivation. An appreciation for and experience with strong pedagogical practice is critical. Senior Associates play an integral part in the research, development, and maintenance of the integrity of our product.

You will:

  • Create instructional content, videos, and other curricular resources
  • Resourcefully find and vet strong digital educational third party content
  • Conduct customer and product research
  • Collaborate to evaluate the efficacy of educational content
  • Deeply understand how the product and curriculum work for students and teachers through quality assurance testing and quality checking

You bring:

  • 2+ years of teaching experience; science and/or English Language Development experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated interest in and passion for innovation in elementary education
  • Active listening skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong motivation, grit, and work ethic
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Interest in learning quickly and working in a fast-paced environment
