The Curriculum (Your Role):

As a School Partnership Associate (Part time), you will help schools across the world use Seesaw for Schools to its highest potential to ensure our customers are renewing and expanding their partnership with Seesaw.

We are looking to hire a resourceful, detail-oriented, and driven team player with a competitive spirit who is prepared to achieve ambitious personal and sales objectives. Your work will directly impact school leaders, teachers, students and their families.

Your Classmates (The Team):

As a member of the customer success team, you will have an impact on thousands of students every day. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to regularly collaborate with your teammates and learn more about the customer journey, the renewals process, and educational technology as a whole. In your role, you will also work closely with the sales and support teams.

Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):

  • Oversee the renewal process for a portfolio of accounts
  • Ensure customers renew their Seesaw for Schools subscriptions
  • Expand customer usage

Prerequisites (The Requirements):

  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • A track record of overachieving on goals and projects
  • A data-driven approach to solving problems
  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative spirit and a desire to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Note that we are looking for someone part-time, about 15-25 hours a week, with the possibility of being converted into a full-time position in the future
