School Partnership Associate - Renewals

As a School Partnership Associate, you will help schools across the world use Seesaw for Schools to its highest potential to ensure our customers are renewing and expanding their partnership with Seesaw.

We are looking to hire a resourceful, driven team player with a competitive spirit who is prepared to achieve ambitious personal and sales objectives.

You Will:

  • Maintain renewal rates: Oversee the renewal process to increase the percentage of customers using and expanding Seesaw within their schools/districts
  • Automate the system: Be a thought partner to the Head of Customer Success on the choreography of our automated renewals system to ensure that our renewal funnel continues to achieve high growth
  • Build an early warning system: Identify early patterns that indicate if a school or district might be at risk of not renewing so we can target them for early interventions to get them back on track
  • Build an expansion opportunity system: Be a thought partner to our Head of Customer success to design a system for how we identify opportunities for expansion within schools and districts.

You Bring:

  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Track record of overachieving on goals and projects
  • A data-driven approach to solving problems
  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative spirit and a desire to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Teaching experience and a passion for K-12 education a plus
