The problem? We're suffering from a national shortage of substitute teachers.Swing Education is focused on tackling the substitute teacher shortage. We make it easy for great schools and quality subs to find each other. We help schools access more subs and offload tedious work (recruiting, screening, payroll, etc.) and we help subs find jobs, gain experience and build their professional network.Swing Education is a revenue generating, Series B, YC company (through ImagineK12).

The Position

As the Salesforce Administrator you will design, build, and maintain our Salesforce system to increase efficiency of sales organization and to enable reporting for all functions in the organization. You will also manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems including MixMax, Hubspot, Zendesk, and our internal database. You will be a key partner to the Sales team, designing processes and providing trainings in order to enhance their user experience and maintain clean Salesforce data. You’ll generate data-driven insights by building and providing regular reporting to all teams throughout the organization. As the Sales Operations Manager you will be the enabler of efficient sales. You’ll own sales content and knowledge base management, as well as contract lifecycle management. You will administer the sales team incentive compensation plan. You will partner with the National Sales Director and regional team leads to aid in account assignment and prioritization of opportunities; together you’ll establish and implement processes for lead follow-up. You will provide insights, structure, and processes that drive better, faster school sales. This position reports to the Head of Finance, and will require you to build strong cross-functional relationships with the National Sales Director and VP of Marketing.
