Job Overview:

Lexia Learning Sales Operations is currently seeking a Sales Training Support Specialist. In this role, you will report directly to the Sr. Manager for Sales Training, and will aid the Sales Training and Readiness team with the scheduling and coordinating of training sessions/activities in addition to special projects to support our sales training efforts across the Lexia Learning organization. This is a fast-paced role with many juggling tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, driven, eager to learn, and has a passion for detail-oriented work and solving problems that require logic, process adherence, and persistence. We also want someone who is upbeat, flexible, and willing to take on new challenges.


This position is Remote, USA. Work with a highly collaborative and motivated remote team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule/program training sessions for the Sales Training and Readiness team, using a software called “Mindtickle” and the Outlook calendaring system.
  • Prepare candidates for training by providing detailed information and support on the Mindtickle system, the onboarding cadence, where to find help and answers, etc.
  • Ensure the new hires’ training experience is exceptional through communication in collaboration with Trainers, hiring Managers, and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Support the team with special projects that could include, but not limited to: annual sales meeting organization, special training series scheduling, running training reports on Mindtickle, etc.
  • Create efficiencies and drive process improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in training administration and/or project/program management and/or Operations required. Extensive scheduling experience in complex organizations is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization in a professional, articulate manner.
  • Proven ability to plan, multitask, problem solve, and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be willing to take direction and execute on a plan efficiently and cheerfully.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will help support team members in different time zones.
  • Able to commit to being fully engaged on the job every week January – April, our busiest onboarding season. Vacation times should be reserved for Summer and Fall.
  • Preferred: Learning Management System (training administration) or Revenue Readiness System experience, comfort with learning and using new technologies and automation.
  • Microsoft experience: Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Google Docs experience.
