Sales Support Specialist - remote

Position Overview

This position is a new role at Illuminate Education and will be working closely with our Sales, Customer Success and Order Management teams. The position sits in the Finance Department and will be supporting the Sales teams by providing guidance and assistance in quote structure, liaison with the Order Management Group and creating training modules for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting Sales Teams in quote structure to ensure accuracy prior to being sent to clients
  • Collaborate with Sales and Order Management regarding order and process issues
  • Assist in navigating CRM and processes
  • Maintain customer information data
  • Assist in ensuring contract compliance for billing
  • Follow up with customers for incomplete or missing information
  • Assist in creating and hosting system and process training for new employees
  • Participate in testing modifications to Salesforce system and process improvements

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Sales or Sales Administrator experience is highly desired
  • Hands on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning instance required
  • Excellent organizational and attention to details
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Associates degree or higher required
