Internal Sales Rep

As the internal sales rep for our educational curriculum startup, you will be responsible for growing revenue by $1.15 Million over the next three years by signing large profitable online physical education curriculum contracts with elementary/middle schools in the US. The role largely requires lead generation and reports directly to the CEO.


  • Grow revenue by $2.2 M over 3 years
  • Personally add 150 subscription curriculum customers in year one ($300,000)
  • Add 300 new subscription curriculum customers in year two ($600,000)
  • Add 500 new subscription curriculum customers in year three ($1,000,000)
  • Design and roll out sales training by end of year two
  • Retain 80% of subscription customers


  • Build and maintain current sales network.
  • Organize and coordinate business meetings.
  • Sell by phone, 80% of the day is spent on the phone, building and maintaining relationships.
  • Act as a specialist to inform customer about range of products available and suggest/sell additional items.
  • Attend inside/outside sales meetings and take part in sales activities, as needed.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in public district educational sales
