What you’ll be doing...

As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will manage all sales efforts within education and workforce related areas across the US. As a core part of the team, you will collaborate on defining and executing on strategies to grow sales, usage and adoption of Jobspeaker’s offerings at institutions. This role is responsible for both new customer acquisition efforts as well as up-sell and cross-sell efforts into existing Jobspeaker relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of revenue target/quota
  • Qualify leads developed by and working alongside the inside sales team
  • Develop sales process and create operational efficiency to support selling process
  • Drive the growth of the direct sales business by effectively qualifying opportunities, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, and close the sale
  • Develop high-level customer relationships to communicate our business value propositions and ensure annual budget commitment
  • Identify new contacts in career and workforce related areas through active prospecting
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to develop client value solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to monitor account heath and improve ROI
  • Develop and execute on business plan, collaborate with internal teams to secure support and understanding of customer/account priorities
  • Develop and manage a funnel of activities. Document and report sales activities using Salesforce CRM system
  • Manage regional and national conference participation, presentations and marketing
  • Renew campus enterprise agreements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of sales experience preferably in the education/recruitment industry
  • Demonstrated success in the following competencies: Driving for results, building collaborative relationships, demonstrated perseverance & determination, driven to establish the Sales footprint in a startup environment
  • Willing to travel 25% to 50% of the time, including overnight trips
  • Proven record of accomplishment and over-achievement of revenue goals
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3 years of professional work experience is required
  • Demonstrated success managing business using a CRM System
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
  • Proven collaborator and liaison with all levels and departments within an organization

Additional Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Experience accessing and working with C-Level decision makers
  • Experience selling into Colleges, Universities, Workforce, K-12
  • Engineering or Technical degree is a plus
