Sales Representative

STEM Salesperson / Account Manager

Location: Remote 

Type: Contractor (3-6 months) with potential for full-time 

Compensation: Base salary + aggressive commission

Flite Test is a leader in DIY-based aviation education, creating hands-on, project-based learning experiences that engage students in science, technology, engineering, and math. 

Our FT STEM program has been adopted in schools, homeschool groups, and educational programs worldwide. Now, we’re scaling up.We need a driven salesperson to take this to the next level. This role will start with FT STEM and expand to HackMakeMod, our platform for DIY electronics and maker projects.

What You’ll Do

Build new B2B relationships with schools, distributors, STEM programs, and educational institutions.

Develop partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, and educational organizations that align with our mission.

Work directly with educators and administrators to integrate STEM-based aviation kits into their curriculum.

Manage your sales pipeline using a CRM.

Drive revenue growth.

Who We’re Looking For

5+ years of sales experience (STEM, education or B2B preferred).

A strong STEM network and ability to open doors quickly.

Someone who knows how to sell, problem-solve, and build long-term relationships.

Technical knowledge is great but not required. We’ll train you.

Compensation

Base salary + aggressive commission. Earn based on performance.Remote position. 

Work from anywhere.

First 3-6 months as a contractor. Prove you can drive sales, and we can take the relationship to the next level.

Marketing support (graphic design, writing, ad buys) to help you succeed.
