Our Mission

We help schools keep students and campuses safe through our dismissal app, QManager. In times of COVID-19, we innovated on ways to enhance social distancing and contactless drop offs & pick ups through our app. 

About Us

We are a small team and looking to expand. Our HQ is in Seattle but the team is based all over the US.

The Role

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions from our product portfolio for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. 

Higher commission available if you already have contacts in the public or private school market. Potential to grow into Sales director and hire a sales team under you. This is a hands-off role, you will be able to make what you want of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers (mostly over Zoom)
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Reach out to customer leads through various methods including email, returning calls, calling your contacts
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Continuously improve yourself and our sales process through feedback

Compensation

We are open to part-time and/or commission only (competitive percentage) compensation packages. Potential to switch to full time for proven candidates.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative in the Education market
  • Comfortable selling technology solutions to schools
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
