Sales Rep ISR1

Swivl - Menlo Park, California - Full time

At Swivl you’ll join a passionate, high-energy, fast-moving inside sales team and will advance deals through the sales cycle in collaboration with account teams, sales engineers and partners. In this high-velocity role, you’ll focus on small and mid-sized enterprise businesses. Strong organizational skills are key, and you are able to handle a pipeline of up to 150 opportunities.

ISR 1 role develops and qualifies both inbound, outbound and other lead sources, and has primary responsibility for closing new business transactions across the country:

- Executes discovery calls with K-12 and Higher Education prospects and customers.

- Creates new opportunities in Salesforce.com which typically close in < 30 days.

- Close small sales transactions OTP achieving monthly quota.

- Qualifies evaluation opportunities for ISR II

- Teams with ISR II as an extension of our sales team

- Opportunity to develop into full ISR II (account development)

- Executes outbound sales initiatives (up sell) existing and dormant customers

Experience

- Some previous sales experience or cold calling experience required

- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, other CRM or marketing automation solutions

- Software and SaaS experience preferred

- Educational Technology desired

- Bachelors degree preferred
