How You Can Help

As a key member of our District Partnership Team, you’ll play an invaluable role in EveryDay Labs' growth. You’ll support company growth by successfully assisting the District Partnerships team with their day-to-day activities. We’ll count on you to continually evaluate and monitor our partnerships pipeline. This is a critical role for the company and one best suited to an organized, experienced, persistent, self-motivated person with strong business judgment.

Your Role:

  • Monitor and evaluate pipeline, including highlighting and inspecting opportunities
  • Partner with Finance to prepare individual deal pricing
  • Provide Finance with monthly and quarterly deal forecasting
  • Create individual Territory Success Map reports identifying key accounts, farming accounts and white space accounts within a District Partnership’s territory
  • Manage HubSpot, including managing reports and dashboards, and keeping contacts up-to-date
  • Manage contracting process, providing district procurement teams with needed information to close
  • Monitor key performance indicators from DemandGen efforts, such as MQLs, SQLs and revenue by lead source
  • Monitor key performance indicators for Inside Sales
  • Coordinate district partnership team hiring and onboarding
  • Serve as a liaison to internal staff, external contacts and clients on behalf of VP of District Partnerships

  • Degree in related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Stellar communication skills—written and oral
  • Track record of managing and analyzing sales pipeline in Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Some travel required (Post Covid)
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly, be flexible, and apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Customer service oriented (internal and external)
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, along with the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment (including a variety of colleagues and business units throughout the country)
  • Track record of building strong relationships with partners and internally, effective wielding interpersonal skills to deal effectively with multiple priorities and differing points of view.
