Primary Responsibilities

- Driving sales team efficiency and enablement ensuring adoption of new and existing strategies, processes and tools, and allocation of technology, support and training resources

- Support for Sales Leadership through sales strategy and execution alignment

- Coordinate Cross-Team Communication and Collaboration with other departments to ensure resources are available for sales enablement efforts

- Sales Reporting & Analytics - administer and report on revenue forecasting, implement sales organization quotas and performance objectives, provide analytical insight and recommendations

- Systems - translating the evolving sales workflow into systematic processes in Salesforce

About You

- You love sales and everything about it - from understanding the details behind K-12 procurement processes, to customer segmentation and persona analysis and implementing tools and frameworks to drive solution-oriented sales.

- You are an excellent communicator, self-motivated, and a pleasure to work and collaborate with.

- You are comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative, and exciting startup environment.

- You are passionate about making an impact in K-12 education.


- Minimum 2+ years in sales operations

- Experience with leveraging data analysis to support decision-making; proficient with Excel/Spreadsheets and other analytical tools

- Experience with SalesForce and Marketo or similar technologies

- Experience at a K-12 education-focused company and/or a fast-paced startup a plus
