Sales Operations Lead, Rosetta Stone (Harrisonburg, VA)

IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 13 million students worldwide, is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to help support our Rosetta Stone sales teams for the enterprise and education B2B markets. In this role, you will lead a small global order entry team and ensure the team has the necessary guidance and resources to successfully complete contract review, data entry, and product facilitation. You will also monitor the daily order queue, prioritize effectively, and be the main point of contact for all order related inquiries.

This is a full time position in our Harrisonburg, VA office with a hybrid work schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate enterprise & education order inquiries and requests
  • Provide on-boarding and on-going training to global order entry team
  • Maintain training content and resources
  • Provide quality assurance to determine if the correct procedures are followed in compliance with customer, finance, and legal requirements
  • Work and effectively communicate with other departments including but not limited to: Finance, Sales, Tax, and Legal Departments in additional to outside partners and vendors
  • Ensure Global Order Specialists achieve service level agreements
  • Run and distribute reports as needed
  • Review sales documentation and provide process and policy guidance to sales teams
  • Process sales data in Oracle
  • License provisioning and administrator communications
  • Maintain customer namepaces and licenses
  • Direct non-Sales Ops requests to correct individual, team, or department
  • Additional team administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide back-up and assistance to other sales operations functions as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years experience in relevant areas of business, with previous team lead experience
  • 2+ years data entry experience
  • Experience in a fast paced work environment
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong written, oral and telephone communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to work and interact with other internal teams
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to use multiple platforms and applications at the same time
  • Salesforce experience
  • Oracle experience a plus
