Sales Operations Lead (Remote)

IXL Learning - Remote - Full time

IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 12 million students worldwide, is looking for a passionate Regional Sales Operations Lead to support our field sales teams. Your contributions will directly increase the impact of the team. This role will provide sales operations functions including reporting and dashboards, sales process and automation refinements, sales enablement, and regional onboarding support.

This is a full time, remote position for candidates in the central or western regions of the United States.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Working within Salesforce.com to build regional reporting
  • Enhance dashboard and reporting capabilities including Salesforce.com
  • Measure & analyze sales OKRs in terms of activity, pipe generation, and opportunity management
  • Understand our current Go-To-Market strategy and work with all teams to execute
  • Track regional revenue and expenses
  • Work closely with regional managers to execute strategy
  • Work with sales leadership to identify sales enablement opportunities for new hires and tenured team
  • Utilize knowledge of the customer and industry to ensure competitive advantage in the marketplace
  • Work closely with sales operations national director to implement initiatives

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • BA/BS degree in related field
  • 4+ years experience in sales operations in the educational publishing or edtech industry
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, other internal tools)
  • Excellent business application skills using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Support of pipeline/bookings targets and forecasting/reporting on actual attainment
  • Knowledge of systems integration within Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Detail oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience with cloud/SaaS product sales preferred
  • Passion about bringing technology into the classroom
