NoRedInk is helping millions of students learn to write, and our free product has spread to 1 in 3 US school districts. Students currently answer over 200 million questions every month, which we heavily leverage in converting schools and districts to our premium version. To harness the massive demand, we’re looking for an inspiring and motivated Sales Manager to expand our customer base and lead our sales team through rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing inside and field sales team members through mentorship, guidance and coaching, managing the sales pipelines and quotas
  • Be a player-coach; leverage an understanding of the needs of schools and districts to close strategic deals
  • Collaborate with Leadership team members to enhance NoRedInk’s go-to-market strategy; work with our Product and Leadership teams to refine market segmentation and messaging
  • Lead with charisma, a tenacious work ethic, and the scrappiness necessary to succeed at a small company
  • Exemplify NoRedInk's mission and values

About you

  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • A proven track record of overperforming in selling B2B SaaS products
  • Experience using Salesforce to optimize sales performance
  • You thrive in fast-paced, startup environments

Bonus points if you

  • Have experience in K12 education or education technology
