Sales Manager - Educational Science Videos for K-8 Schools

Generation Genius sells educational science videos to K-8 schools and is looking for a sales manager to build a sales team and lead it to success. Your team will sell subscriptions to K-8 science videos and lessons to schools via inside sales to school principals. We currently sell millions of dollars worth of subscriptions but do not yet have a direct-to-school sales team. Your role is to form one and make it perform.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience selling into K-8 schools.
• A startup mentality (move fast).
• Experience hiring and training sales reps.
• Monitoring KPIs and leading the team to hit goals.
• Making changes to the team or the approach to get better results.

Pay:

• 40 hours per week
• $100,000-$125,000 annual pay range
• Work remotely, from anywhere in the U.S.
• Flexible work hours
