Sales Lead

Empowerly - San Francisco, California or Remote - Full time

In this job, you will:

  • Drive revenue to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Nurture and sustain a full pipeline of prospective clients handed off by marketing
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential leads (normally families interested in college counseling)
  • Maintain timely and accurate reporting of forecasts, account plans, and territory growth activities
  • Track all deals data in Hubspot (deal source, close time, etc) to understand the best sales strategies
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Ops and Product teams to build out, iterate, and accelerate new initiatives


  • Well versed in the sales process from lead nurturing to close
  • Data-driven and able to identify the most fruitful sales strategies
  • Personable and enjoys helping parents and students succeed
  • Comfortable taking the initiative to work independently and take deals across the pipeline
  • Deeply understands the college counseling market
