Sales Executive

Here at LearnWell, we’ve dedicated ourselves to making a life-changing impact on the 10 million students currently in the U.S. who live with some type of behavioral health need (depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, eating disorder, substance use). For nearly 25 years, we have provided on-site instructional services within the hospital setting, helping students to continue their academic progress during treatment and successfully reenter the classroom. As a Sales Executive, you will be a key team member in the launch of our new virtual instruction services, which will meet a huge unmet need in school districts across the country. 

In this role, you will research and target potential school districts, generate new opportunities, propose customized virtual instruction solutions for customers, and close deals with school district administration. You will have direct accountability to the Vice President of Business Development who will provide clear revenue goals and help create a personal growth development plan.

This sales role is for hunters, not farmers. You must have proven success prospecting, generating referrals, overcoming objections, negotiating, and closing deals. You must be able to quickly learn our business model and unique value proposition. Moreover, you must understand our client’s educational needs and be able to establish credibility with administration early on by clearly and confidently representing the value our services can bring them. You must be a self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, and rejection proof.

You should have:

•Bachelor's degree along with 5+ years of work experience and 3+ years of demonstrated success in direct B2B selling. Prior experience selling to school districts preferred.

•Experience with high call volume, video selling, phone and email prospecting.

•Strong ability and interest in using, demonstrating and discussing technology solutions.

•Comfort-level giving and receiving criticism, asking a lot of questions, and taking ownership.

•Ability to travel up to 50%. (Work-from-home option available for remainder of time).

•Reliable transportation to get to our corporate headquarters in Plymouth, MA, as needed.
