Popfizz is looking for a remote Sales Development Representative to join our exciting startup. This is an excellent opportunity for you to interact with customers, scale a startup while working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage lead generation activities, including but not limited to email campaigns and cold/warm calls
  • Manage sales inquiries.
  • Manage and grow business relationships with existing customers.
  • Maintain regular contact and communication
  • Identify and address customer needs and expectations
  • Notify customers of subscription renewal and consult on purchasing options
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets (demos, leads, new contacts, etc.)

Requirement:

  • 5+ years of inside sales or sales development experience in K12 field
  • Comfortable learning new programs quickly
  • Active communicator
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
