The role:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales efforts across B2B and B2B2C channels. This individual should have a proven track record in marketing educational products via telephone, email and direct marketing with an emphasis on telesales. Must be high energy and self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating sales leads by contacting school administrators and teachers.
  • Consistently make 8 -10 calls per hour. The company will provide high quality lists.
  • Follow-up sales leads with emails and marketing materials.
  • Input and track sales leads in Salesforce.
  • Provide lead generation summaries daily.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience working in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Entrepreneurial-minded, start-up experience highly preferred
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Organized, self-starter and capable of multitasking.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
