Sales Development Representative

Kami - San Francisco, California or Remote - Full time

Users tell us they love our product and we need a talented, energetic Sales Development Representative to bring our vision for a better way of learning to more teachers, administrators, and their organizations across the US and internationally.

As it's a remote role, persistence, resilience, and self-discipline are a requirement for success in this role. At Kami, successful SDRs find quick advancement.

A day in the life of a SDR at Kami...

•Interact with prospects via telephone and email

•Qualify prospects and facilitate introduction to their regional Account Executive 

•Research prospects, identify key contacts, generate interest, and develop accounts

•Manage prospect inquiries and overcome objections

•Become a trusted resource for prospects

•Demonstrate the product to prospects

•Provide feedback to sales leaders to ensure constant process improvement

•Consistently achieve targets

You have...

•Experience working in a high-intensity sales environment

•Passion for educating customers 

•Consultative sales approach and ability to influence and to control a conversation

•The skills to clearly articulate a product value and benefit

•A knack for asking great questions to uncover problems with a prospect’s current environment

•Experience in Edtech training and usage a plus

•College degree

•A self-starter with a track record of success

•A team player
