The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic revenue operations professional to oversee the systems, processes, KPIs, and insights that will guide the next phase of TalkingPoints’ rapid growth in supporting schools and districts throughout the U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and managing the Revenue Operations function. In this role, you will:

  • Work with sales & marketing to support strategies, KPIs, and tracking and optimization based on results and trends.
  • Management of sales technology platforms in support of sales and marketing throughout the customer lifecycle; assisting with reporting and dashboard creation
  • Implement forecasting processes, reports and standards
  • Support development of goal/incentive plans for sales team, including definition of territories, commissions, and quotas.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management

Who you are

  • 5-10 years core revenue operations experience
  • Strong grasp of sales software, databases, integrations and tools including Salesforce CRM and Google Analytics
  • Project management experience with complex cross-functional outcomes
  • Experience with core revenue operations: territory planning, compensation, and quota
  • Excellent grasp of managing across functional peers, partners and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
