Relationship Manager

Boclips - Remote - Full time

The Challenge

The academic publishing industry is changing fast, as textbooks become digital and videos are playing a large part in transforming courseware for schools and higher education. Boclips is working with major publishers across North America to provide video resources to enable this transformation. 

We are hiring an Relationship Manager to join the team in a remote role and grow our largest publisher accounts across North America.

The Opportunity

This role will be the first of its kind at Boclips.  You'll work with our London and Poland team to create solutions for our customers that will take these accounts to the next level. You'll also have tonnes of support from our small but mighty sales and marketing team in the US.

What you will do -

-Work with editorial and product development in our publisher customer accounts to understand their needs and the problems we can help solve for them. 

-You will have freedom to create solutions alongside our product and software engineering team. Technical solutions could be API integration or download for example.

-You'll figure out the decision-making framework of each account and be able to create account strategies.

-You'll collaborate with the product team, particularly our software engineering team and product manager on customer calls, to help clarify our technical solutions and communicate their value. 

-Your performance metrics in this role will be platform usage, customer satisfaction and revenue.

You can write compelling proposals articulating a value proposition clearly. 

You have experience working with a CRM, we use Hubspot. 

A solution-selling background would be ideal.  That could be SaaS, Services or technology solutions of any kind. 

Staying aligned and collaborating across Boclips is super important.
