Job Summary:

To expand Peekapak’s reach, we are seeking a Regional Sales Representative. The RSR will play a key role on a small, growing and ambitious team and will focus on customer acquisition and meeting revenue growth targets within an exclusive territory.

You will be responsible for building out Peekapak’s revenue within the region, including every step from prospecting and keeping our CRM updated to closing sales and renewing accounts.You must be passionate about the education market, lead generation and achieving results.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Generate sales leads through regional outbound marketing, tapping into your own networks and building and qualifying lists of decision makers and influencers within districts and schools
  • Deepen relationships with potential customers through direct outreach, in-person meetings and email campaigns
  • Effectively communicate value proposition and features with prospective customers and decision makers through understanding customer needs, sales pitches and demos
  • Successfully close sales with high potential prospects
  • Effectively transition customer relationships to customer success team to onboard and train new customers
  • Track, maintain, and update all interactions in Peekapak’s CRM platform
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales outcomes and projections within the region
  • Achieve annual regional sales objectives
  • Proactively partner with other team members to support Peekapak’s overall growth and company objectives and to continue to improve sales process
  • Develop extensive knowledge of the Peekapak platform andstay abreast of industry trends

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in K-12 sales
  • Degree in business, sales, commerce, communications, education or marketing preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales plan and achieve increasing sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the purchasing processes and influencers within K-12 districts and schools
  • Existing relationships with educators and decision makers within schools and districts
  • Empathetic listener + impactful communicator
  • Self-starter with service mindset
  • Optimistic, team-oriented, courageous, with lots of perseverance
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency or expertise in using CRM and software sales platforms such as Salesforce or Streak
  • Passion for sales, the customer experience, education technology and for helping to prepare young children for success in life


May be based in any of the following regions: Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, New England, Great Lakes, with significant travel to meet with prospects and customers
