Regional Sales Manager

Your Role

The Sales Manager plays a critical role in the growth of Otus. This position focuses almost exclusively on growing sales and developing relationships with partners/schools across their respective territory/region.

Otus is looking to hire for talent and is flexible on where the RSM will live. We are looking for 3-4 remote Regional Sales Managers in different locations around the country. Specifically, we are looking for candidates in or near major hubs/cities.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales

      • Develop and advance a sales pipeline to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
      • Forecast sales accurately in assigned territory.
      • Deliver exceptional online and on-site product presentations to both small and large groups.
      • Stay current on competing resources in the market and recognize sales opportunities
      • Engage potential clients in meaningful discussions regarding their district/school goals and how Otus’ offerings can best support these goals.
      • Sell our solutions with a consultative approach in a variety of educational environments.
      • Travel between to 15%-50% as needed and defined by the territory.

Compensation & Benefits

The position of Sales Manager is a full-time, salary-based position, plus commission. In addition, Otus provides a benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, appropriate technology, and PTO.

Education & Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
      • Mid-level sales professional with 2-5+ year’s experience
      • Consultative business to business sales experience
      • Enterprise software sales experience
      • Enterprise software sales experience in the K-12 education market, preferred. (K12 classroom, teaching and administrative experience is a bonus.)
