We are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team!

Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to maximize Infinite Campus sales in their assigned territory. This RSM is expected to play a dominant role in their market by building a strong pipeline and converting sales opportunities into closed deals. The RSM works closely with the Director of Sales to develop and implement strategic territory plans and account level plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying appropriate marketing venues in assigned territories, managing appropriate Education Conferences and trade shows to develop fresh leads and to network with existing clients. Devising and hosting regional seminars, focus groups, and ‘splash events’ to create Infinite Campus brand awareness.
  • Creating and managing an Annual Territory Sales Plan
  • Contributing to lead generation activities and telemarketing efforts to drive prospective client appointments
  • Conducting sales calls on assigned accounts
  • Collaborating with local education services agencies to gain access to K12 targets
  • Work as a team with Application/Education Specialists to deliver effective product demos
  • Develop and maintain expertise on ever evolving Infinite Campus features and benefits
  • Assist customers in developing the appropriate strategies to enable transition to Infinite Campus
  • Proactively maintain positive customer relations to help ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, develops and maintains mutually profitable customer relationships
  • Performs administrative tasks including pipeline reports, updating calendars, forecasts and appropriate tracking systems

Qualified Candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • K12 EdTech experience.
  • Software/technology and/or complex solutions sales experience
  • Experience negotiating and closing large multiyear complex deals
  • Demonstrated success of meeting and exceeded sales targets and sales leadership.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong executive presence.
