Regional Sales Coordinator

When our offices reopen, this position will be based out of North Mankato, MN, or Edina, MN.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The principal accountability of the Regional Sales Coordinator is to meet or exceed direct sales goals by collaborating with designated direct sales representatives to increase awareness of Capstone’s companies in assigned territories and to introduce and generate sales of specified digital products. The Regional Sales Coordinator will also maintain and service established accounts and customer bases.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Work with independent sales representatives to drive and increase sales volume in the selling of Capstone products with experience in sales support and service of SaaS-based subscription educational technology products.
  • Set appointments for Independent Sales Representatives and customers to help drive sales
  • Qualify leads by identifying needs, schedule and follow up on appointments and conduct online webinars as appropriate.
  • Increase sales volume of digital products through outbound phone calls and email follow-up.
  • Generate price quotes and initiate follow-up.
  • Support activities of sales representatives through presentations, sales calls, and on-site and exhibits.
  • Help support initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement.
  • Establish trust-based relationships with prospective customers and key stakeholders, especially at the District level, and in a way that enhances Capstone’s position as a trusted resource.
  • Accurately record outbound calls, activities and results, opportunities, manage leads, additional contacts, and other details as required in the company CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED required. Post-secondary education in the areas of sales, marketing, business or education-related background desired. Ideal candidates will have one year of inside/outside sales experience or one year of customer service experience. PC proficiency including knowledge of Microsoft Office products a must. SalesForce proficiency preferred.
