Recruiting Operations Coordinator (Remote, United States)

At Gaggle, we are looking for a remote, full-time Recruiting Operations Coordinator with a wide berth of HR recruiting, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding skills and a high standard of excellence. We’re intensely passionate about what we do - saving lives and protecting kids - and we are looking for an internal recruiter who can bring that level of diligence to our recruiting operations. We want a Recruiting Operations Coordinator who will bring excellence, experience, and ability to our team. We need someone who knows how to troubleshoot and maintain high-quality, high-value features within our current (and future!) ATS platforms.

You’ll be able to work from home, but using current technology, you will be messaging or talking to your colleagues and vendors every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all components of our recruiting process, including our ATS (My Staffing Pro via Paychex) and job boards
  • Assist with recruitment and interview processes as needed per department
  • Promote positive candidate relations - perform customer service functions by answering candidate questions
  • Develop and manage a strong prospective candidate pool with candidates both within and outside of the United States
  • Administrative support to HR and Finance Team as needed
  • Build out our HR playbook with regard to recruiting and interviewing (WHO method)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with an HRIS - candidates must be prepared to be tested on skills within an HRIS
  • 3+ years of experience with an ATS - candidates must be prepared to be tested on skills within an ATS
  • 3+ years of experience interviewing candidates
  • At least one year of experience interviewing for IT roles
  • Direct experience working with supervisors to develop and adapt their varying, department-specific recruiting processes
  • High technical troubleshooting ability within ATS, job boards, and integrated systems; must be comfortable calling vendor(s) frequently to advocate for expedient resolutions to complicated technical issues
  • Must be capable of independently learning new technologies with low frequency of errors
  • Experience with entire Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) required - candidates must be prepared to be tested on skills within Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with remote teams required
  • Experience working with external recruiters required
  • Must have home office set-up ability and the ability to travel periodically for regional meetings
  • Adobe DC experience required
  • Slack, Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) preferred

Candidates must reside in and be residents of the United States. A background check as well as several rounds of interviews and technical, project-based testing will be required of final candidates. While daytime, M-F hours are expected, the Recruiting Operations Coordinator will have a great deal of control and flexibility over his/her schedule.
