Project Manager - Instructional Design and Delivery

As a member of our Instructional Design and Delivery team on our Institutional Project and Solution Design group, you'll have full accountability for the success of curriculum development and related projects. You will lead project teams in their creation of deliverables within an agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budget.

This high-profile position requires you to have strong leadership, sound judgement, and creative problem-solving abilities. We need your excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, the ability to synthesize information from various resources, and a desire to tackle complex issues in a positive and productive manner.Responsibilities:

  • You'll be the point person for all project-related activities, including handling critical issues and making decisions that impact positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Sales, and other partners to define project scope, budgets, and timeline that aligns and supports our customers' goals
  • You'll champion project planning activities by developing the project plan, assessing and minimizing risk, negotiating vendor contracts, and coordinating/procuring resources and materials
  • Because you're tech savvy, you'll use project management software and tools to manage your projects to be on time, within scope and budget
  • You'll organize and facilitate meetings, clarify processes, brainstorm solutions, and assist in conflict resolution
  • You'll meticulously track project documentation, budgets, status reports, meeting notes, and historical data
  • Contribute to the development of team processes, tools, and resources


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years in Waterfall or Agile project management
  • 3+ years supporting curriculum development or educational services
  • Success in coordinating and leading diverse teams in virtual and remote locations
  • You have experience with project management tools like Project, SmartSheet, QuickBase, JIRA/Confluence, etc.
  • You have a strong appreciation for cultivating and maintaining our positive customer relationships and facilitating service to our customers
  • Like you, we value a real passion for process improvement, problem-solving, and working with a collaborative spirit


  • Master’s degree
  • 5+ years traditional project management experience especially in post-secondary curriculum development, edtech, or other educational services
  • 10+ years working with or in the post-secondary educational industry
  • PMP certified
  • Experience in developing, reviewing, and/or creating project management templates and tools
