Description
The Micro:bit Educational Foundation is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Projects Coordinator to coordinate and deliver exciting events and projects with the Global Engagement and Partnerships team (GEO) team.
This role will support the coordination of Foundation led or attended events. This role will lead on the coordination of partnerships team projects, primarily the Champions project where we work with teachers and educators globally to support the micro:bit mission.
The Project Coordinator will be adept at managing both internal and external relationships, an excellent organiser and communicator; with a flexible can do attitude.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Location – Remote, North America or Globally
The Foundation team work remotely, in their home settings, and use Zoom as the primary means of communication. All-staff meetings take place on Mondays (08:30-09:30 Eastern) to maintain regular contact between colleagues. It would be beneficial for this post holder to attend those meetings. We otherwise have a flexible working approach, enabling colleagues to maintain a positive work-life balance while delivering strong results.
Salary
$50-55k dependent on experience.
