Project Associate

InnovateEDU - Remote - Full time

About the Project

InnovateEDU strives to create real tooling and projects that greatly assist a district in moving toward embracing a data standard and interoperability. Open Source Data Schema, a project at InnovateEDU, aims to develop a schema to understand, interpret, and synthesize data in education R&D. This project contemplates building a meta-analytic open-source data schema, patterned off of the PICO framework in healthcare. Once the schema is built, a technical data infrastructure will be designed to support the adoption and implementation of the schema. The platform will encompass comprehensive data infrastructure through implementation of a systematic ODS system, data mart for analytics and necessary data workflows to connect previously siloed, disparate education data systems. It’s an initiative to design a universal open source data schema and framework that researchers and practitioners can use to understand, interpret, and synthesize data in education R&D.
